A message from Zoey Burton UK Sales and Support Manager
As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve, we would like to provide you with an update on what we are doing to ensure we continue to support you, our customer.
These are extraordinary times and I know that, like all of us here at the Wipeshop, many of you are concerned about Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our thoughts are with all those affected and the people working tirelessly to care for them.
We are guided in our decisions by the directions from the Government, by our global company direction and by our strong set of principles and values.
The health and safety of our customers and co-workers across the UK is our main priority.
As a precautionary measure against the ongoing risk of COVID-19, we have decided that, at 6pm on Friday 20th March, we will temporarily close our trade counter at our head office and all subsidiaries.
Our online shop will remain open and you will continue to be able to browse and purchase our range online and have our products delivered directly to you. All our deliveries are contact-free.
Please note, however, due to high demand, we are experiencing longer delivery times than normal.
As a result, we anticipate that our Customer contacts and telephone lines will be impacted. We therefore ask our valued customers to wait for a member of our team to make contact with them directly. In the meantime, customers can send an email through our contact page and a response will be made as soon as possible.
We look forward to welcoming you back to full service soon and we thank you for your understanding during these extraordinary circumstances.
For any further updates, please continue to monitor this page.
We wish all of our customers and their people well during this difficult time.
