Delivery / Postage Information
We offer free "Next Working Day Delivery" on all orders over £50.00 . Orders must be placed before 4pm for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 4pm will be classed as the next working day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are not time specific. Our carriers DO NOT deliver at the weekends (Saturaday or Sunday). Orders placed on Friday after 4pm will not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday for delivery Tuesday).
Parcels - Your order will be delivered by APC right to you door on a Next Day Service. Goods will be sent in printed Wipe shop cartons. Unless oversized, or not suitable to be sent in a carton.
*Delivery is FREE of charge for all orders over £ 50.00 excluding VAT @ 20% (UK mainland addresses only, excluding Scottish Highlands and offshore Isles).

Please allow 2-3 working days for this service.If you do not have a forklift available to unload goods please request for a tail-lift.
Please note that all deliveries will be made between 8am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. They are sent on a next day service - (we can not guarantee this due to circumstances out of our control) however we do have a very high success rate of 99.9%.
Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. If you require the goods to be delivered to your workplace please inform us at time of ordering.
In the event the customer not being in when the delivery is attempted a card will be left detailing how to re-arrange delivery at a later date.
After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to The Wipe Shop by the courier.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they have been delivered.
Damages or shortages must be notified within 7 working days. No claims will be entertained after this period.
*Please note: All goods that are paid for at the time of ordering or placed online with a value of £50 or more will be delivered Free of charge. All Orders placed on a 30 day trade account, unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering , carriage will be charged at cost. All online `Special Offers` purchased on a 30 day trade account-carriage will be charged at cost.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charged for the products.
If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge. If your goods are found not to be defective in any way, or damaged, you as the customer will be charged for those goods.
