Delivery / Postage Information

Parcels - Your order will be delivered by APC right to you door on a 1-2 day service.
Delivery is FREE of charge to all local companies and orders over £ 50.00 excluding VAT @ 20% (UK mainland only addresses excluding Scottish Highlands).

Pallet Orders will be dispatched via our designated carrier FREE of charge Please allow 2-3 working days for this service.If you do not have a forklift available to unload goods please request for a tail-lift.

Please note that all deliveries will be made between 8am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery.

Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. If you require the goods to be delivered to your workplace please inform us at time of ordering.

In the event the customer not being in when the delivery is attempted a card will be left detailing how to re-arrange delivery at a later date.

After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to The Wipe Shop by the courier.

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they have been delivered.

Damages or shortages must be notified within 7 working days. No claims will be entertained after this period.

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charge for the products.

If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge. If your goods are found not to be defective in any way, or damaged, you as the customer will be charged for those goods.
